The Lebanese winery Latourba was founded in 2003 by Elie Chehwane and is situated in the heart of the country. It is therfore located in the southern part of the known Bekaa valley.

 The winery has a unique and fantastic view of the mighty Qaraoun Lake, the foothills of the Lebanon Mountains on one side and the Anti-Lebanon on the other.

Latourba is a privately owned winery with 45 hectares high-qualitative vines. Thanks to the considerable size of their vineyard, they do not need to purchase additional grapes.

 Their philosophy is to vinify excellent wines with ancient knowledge, good craftsmanship and modern production. And of course as close to nature as possible.

This extremely fertile soil is home to the white varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Fiano. The red grape verities are Syrah, Gamay, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot.

 They do not only vinify red, white and rosé wines, but also produce the one and only sparkling wine. Theire wines are also sold in an excluvie wine boutiwue in Beirut.

Chardonnay
A bright yellow with golden reflections. Impulsive in the nose with an exotic scent of peach, pineapple and a hints of citrus fruits. Full-bodied, tropical and creamy on the palate with an aromatic taste of white and dried fruits, peach, ripe citrus fruits, mango, annans, honey and oak. A beautiful, silky and elegant Chardonnay
Cival
A bright yellow colour with green reflections. Elegant and intense in the nose with a scent of peach, citrus and exotic fruits. Fruity and well-balanced on the palate with a good structure and unique aromas of fresh and tropical fruits.
Eraz Red
Eraz Red is an intense red wine with a fresh and impulsive aroma of blackcurrants and cloves. Round and full-bodied on the palate with a fresh taste of wild berries, blackberries and sweet spices. This impulsive yet velvety red wine just flaunts aromas and charmingly wraps many wine lovers around its finger!
Eraz Rosé
Eraz Rose from the winemaker Latourba is a fruity as well as fresh rosé from Lebanon with a pale salmon rose color. First, a fruity scent of caramel, cherries and strawberries rushes into the nose. This is then followed by hints of raspberries. A really nice bouquet, which tempts to drink! And accordingly, the Eraz Rose is a seductive rose from Lebanon!
Eraz White
Eraz White from the Lebanese winery Latourba is a really pleasant and accessible white wine. Initially, a bright yellow color with a green cloak surprises the eye. A beautiful sight, which also immediately motivates you to put your nose into the glas. A fresh and fruity Bouquet of peach, citrus and exotic fruits such mangos stream into the nose. Velvety and crisp on the palate with flavors of white stone fruits, pears, nuts and tropical fruits such as pineapples and Passion fruits. A truly complex taste spectacle!
Litaj 2015
Deep red colour with violet reflections. Impulsive and elegant on the nose with a scent of red fruits, violets and mint. Well-structured, round and full-bodied on the palate with a complex taste of red berries, dark chocolate, black pepper and spices. The long finish then unleashes further aromas of cedar wood, tobacco and wild berries.
Merlot 2017
Intense red color. Fruity and spicy on the palate with a scent of red and black berries. Full-bodied and round on the palate with aromas of red fruits, cinnamon and mint. The finish is long and characterised by a pleasant fruity note and lively tannins.
Petit Verdot
This well-structured red wine has a dark red colour with purple reflections. Intense and fruity on the nose with unique aromas of dark fruits, berries and leather. Powerful and impulsive on the palate with a taste of plums, dark forest fruits and tobacco, accompanied by a lively acidity and well-integrated tannins
Simil
Fresh, intense and impulsive in the nose with a scent of red fruits, wild berries and oak. Complex, full-bodied and soft on the palate with a balanced taste of dark berries and caramel accompanied by a harmonious woody note.
Solac
