The first impression is intense and fruity. Elegant and impulsiv on the nose with a good intensity and a scent of raspberry, black currant underlined by a subtle wood aroma. Full-bodied and spicy on the palate with a jammy taste of red currants, wild berries and a hint of fresh herbs.
A complex red wine with a dark red color and purple reflections. A well-balanced Bouquet of black fruits, peony and pepper in the nose. Full-bodied, harmonious and structured on the palate with soft tannins and a long spicy finish.
This year was a good year for the Cinsault which is showing impressive aromas of blueberries, ripe blackberries, cherries and plum fruitcake. The palate is initially soft and round with primary fruits of blackberry, plum, red cherries and pomegranate with some chocolaty spicy notes in the background.
